/KASE, July 5, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose debt securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of July 1, 2019 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C00000900 of the Bank makes up 18,000,000 pieces; - 12,839,114 common shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Bank's outstanding shares is PJSC Sberbank of Russia (Moscow), which owns 12,838,826 common shares of the Bank (100.00% of the total number of the Bank's outstanding shares).
