/KASE, July 5, 2019/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Nur-Sultan, hereinafter – the Company), whose debt securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholder registers as of July 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C57040012 of the Company makes up 3,500,000,000 pieces; - 3,481,955,769 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is State Enterprise Government Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
