Bonds KZ2C00005981 (EUBNb18) of the Eurasian Bank underwent listing procedure on KASE main market’s "bonds" category

/KASE, July 4, 2019/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of July 4, 2019, the bonds KZ2C00005981 (KZT100, KZT70.0 bn; 7 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after first successful special trading sessions on offering the bonds; 30/360) of Eurasian Bank (Almaty) were included in KASE official list main market's "bonds" category: The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. This issue of bonds is the fourth under the third bond programme of Eurasian Bank registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 13, 2015 for the total amount of KZT500.0 bn. Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) EUBNb18. More details of said bonds issue will be released on KASE website upon entry into force of the said decision of the Listing Commission.
