KASE Management Board decided to include Agrarian Credit Corporation’s bonds KZ2С00006047 (AGKKb10) in KASE official list main market’ category "commercial bonds"

/KASE, July 3, 2019/ – By the decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of July 2, 2019, bonds KZ2С00006047 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon is paid once at maturity and will be determined after first successful special trading sessions on offering the bonds; 30/360) of Agrarian Credit Corporation (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list main market's category "commercial bonds". The date of this Management Board decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfils the terms set forth in paragraph 6 of Chapter 1 of Appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Private Asset Management (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds. These bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AGKKb10. More details of said shares issue will be released on KASE website upon entry into force of the mentioned decision of the Management Board.
