/KASE, June 26, 2019/ – "Fincraft" Investment House (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a
decision of its sole shareholder dated June 17, 2019 on making amendments to his
decision dated May 28, 2019.
The sole shareholder took a decision to allocate the 2018 net income of the
company in the amount of KZT1,635,279,000 to dividend payout, the dividend
amount per ordinary share is KZT59.26.
