/KASE, June 24, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that trading in ordinary shares KZ000A0Q5HK5 (KASE main market, category "standard", TSBN) of First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Nur-Sultan) has been suspended on KASE today at 12:25 Almaty time. This decision was taken based on the letter of Central Securities Depository dated June 24, 2019, which says that the placement and circulation of these shares have been suspended in its accounting system as of June 21, 2019 in accordance with item 3 of Article 25-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies". Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed on the next business day after the receipt by KASE of the confirmation from Central Securities Depository about the renewal of placement and circulation of these shares in its accounting system.
