/KASE, June 24, 2019/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on
the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary
General Meeting of its shareholders will start on July 25, 2019 at 11:00 am with
the following agenda:
- on electing new member to the Board of Directors;
- on re-appoiting an audit firm for providing audit services on the company’s
financial statements.
