listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on July 5, 2019 at
10:00 am with the following agenda:
- approval of the meeting agenda;
- on the approval of temporary financial aid agreement, an interested party
transaction.
