Investment Brokerage Company Kazkommerts Securities, a subsidiary of Halyk Bank
of Kazakhstan JSC, was once again recognized the best underwriter in Kazakhstan
for 2019 according to the financial news agency Cbonds.
In 2018, Kazkommerz Securities acted as the sole underwriter for nine issues of
debt securities for the total amount of KZT219 bn, thus taking 47.45% of the
market (ranking of organizers: market issues).
The total volume of bonds placed by all players of the securities market in the
primary market in 2018 amounted to KZT462 bn.
Thus, Kazkommerz Securities became a leader in terms of volume and the number
of corporate bonds placed on Kazakhstan's debt capital market.
