/KASE, June 19, 2019/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on July 9, 2019
at 10:00 o'clock with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the meeting agenda;
- on early discontinuation of powers of members of the company's Board of
Directors;
- on appointment of new members of the company's Board of Directors.
