listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided the KASE with press
release dated June 19, 2019, which states as follows:

International rating agency Moody's Investors Service (hereinafter – Moody’s)
published a credit opinion of “KazTransOil” JSC (hereinafter – Company), according
to which Moody’s continues to maintain the corporate credit rating of the Company
at ‘Baa3’, the outlook is Stable.
The company’s credit profile benefits from the scale of the company’s operations,
strong position in the Kazakhstan market, protected by its national operator
status, strong financial position and lack of financial debt. Moody’s assessment
that Company would benefit from a high level of support reflects the company’s
strategic importance to the state and the importance of energy exports to the
Kazakh economy’s growth.
