/KASE, June 18, 2019/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder held on June 10, 2019
on changes in the makeup of the company’s Board of Directors:
- excluded: Zh.N. Shaimardanov, a member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: T.A. Zhanke, a member of the Board of Directors, and O.Zh. Salykov,
a member of the Board of Directors.
Given these changes, currently the Management Board of Mortgage Organization
Kazakhstan Mortgage Company comprises five people: A.B. Mukhamedzhanov, N.T.
Tokobayev, A.R. Yelemesov, T.S. Zhanke, O.Zh. Salykov.
