/KASE, June 18, 2019/ – ForteBank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on June 13, 2019 on changes
in the makeup of the company’s Board of Directors:
- excluded: M.M. Auezov, chairman of the Board of Directors, R.S. Bekturov, a
member of the Board of Directors and an independent director;
- elected: M.O. Mirzabekov, a member of the Board of Directors, and R.S. Bekturov,
a member of the Board of Directors.
Given these changes, currently the Management Board of ForteBank comprises six
people: M.O. Mirzabekov, A.B. Utemuratov, T.R. Isatayev, R.S. Bekturov, Pandza
Hubert Albert, E.S. Abdrazakov.
