/KASE, June 18, 2019/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of its sole shareholder dated June 17, 2019:
- to distribute the company's 2019 retained income in the amount of KZT60,029,246,000
on payout of dividends based on 2018 results as follows:
- to define the amount of dividend per ordinary and preferred share at KZT551;
- dividends on preferred shares in the amount of KZT600,292,460 will be payable
and will be transferred on June 19, 2019;
- dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of KZT59,428,953,540 will be
payable and will be transferred on June 20, 2019;
- the procedure and form of dividend payout – by wireless transfer to shareholders'
bank accounts.
