/KASE, June 17, 2019/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of changes in its
Management Board:
- Yerzhan B. Shaikenov, chairman of the Management Board, has been excluded;
- Kumar Dinesh, chairman of the Management Board, M.A. Bekkali, deputy chairman
of the Management Board, have been elected.
In view of the changes, Tengri Bank's Management Board consists of three people:
Kumar Dinesh, B.A. Ilyasov, M.A. Bekkali.
