/KASE, June 14, 2019/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

On June 11, 2019, the Bank's Board of Directors held meeting in New Delhi, India.
Following the meeting, the members of the Board of Directors made the following
decisions:
1. to elect Yerzhan B. Shaikenov the chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
2. to appoint Dinesh Kumar the chairman of the Bank’s Management Board.
3. to appoint Mukhtar A. Bekkali the deputy chairman of the Management Board and
a member of the Management Board.
The Bank's Board of Directors comprises three independent directors and has the
following members:
- Yerzhan B. Shaikenov, chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Lovleen Kumar Malhotra, a member of the Board of Directors;
- Kalia Subhash Chander, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent
director;
- Olzhas K. Kurmanov, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent
director.
- Baurzhan T. Nugymanov, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent
director.
The Management Board has the following members:
- Dinesh Kumar, the chairman of the Management Board;
- Bakhtiyar A. Ilyasov , deputy chairman of the Management Board and a member of
the Management Board;
- Mukhtar A. Bekkali, deputy chairman of the Management Board and a member of the
Management Board;
The change in the management of the Board of Directors and the Management Board
of the Bank is carried out as part of the implementation of the Bank's approved
development strategy aimed at strengthening market positions while maintaining a
high level of quality of assets.
