Board of directors of Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) has made decision about purchasing of 10% share in KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd LLP (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 21, 02/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that the bank's Board of directors has made the decision about purchasing by the bank of a market share in the authorized capital of KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd LLP (Almaty) in the amount of 10%. The bank also informed that on that moment it was the only participant of the mentioned company. [2002-11-21]
