/KASE, June 12, 2019/ - Zhayrem Mining and Concentrating Complex (Karaganda reg.),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE of changes in the following contracts:

1) Addendum No. 13 (registration No. 5554-TPI dated June 10, 2019) to Contract
No. 71 dated November 29, 1996 for the production of manganese ore, iron ore,
ferro-manganese ore and barium-lead ore of Ushkatyn-III deposit in Zhana-Arka
District of Karaganda Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The subsoil use
right was transferred to Marganec Zhairema JSC in accordance with the above
Contract;
2) Addendum No. 9 (registration No. 5553- TPI dated June 10, 2019) to Contract No.
683 dated June 7, 2001 for exploration and production of manganese ores on
Zhomart deposit in Zhana-Arka District of Karaganda Region of the Republic of
Kazakhstan. The subsoil use right was transferred to Marganec Zhairema JSC
in accordance with the above Contract.
