/KASE, June 12, 2019/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders dated May 30, 2019.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2018;
- to retain the company's 2018 net income and not to pay dividends on the
company's ordinary shares for 2018.
Overall, decisions on six issues of the agenda were taken at the annual general
meeting of shareholders.
