/KASE, June 12, 2019/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
initiation by Almaty special inter-district economic court of proceedings with
regard to the statement of claim submitted on May 31, 2019 by R. Rakhimov
and A. Nurgalieva on appealing a decision of the company's body.
