/KASE, June 11, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decisions
of its sole shareholder held on May 31, 2019:
- to approve the company's 2018 annual financial statements;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the company's net income
for 2018 in the amount of KZT6,728,372,191.8: to allocate 100% of the amount
for payment of dividends;
- to approve the amount of a dividend in the amount of KZT81.22 per ordinary share
of the company according to the approved amount of dividends on 82,837,204
pieces of ordinary shares.
