/KASE, June 11, 2019/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE of decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 31, 2019:
- to approve the following procedure of distribution of the company's net income
for 2018 making up KZT6,694,672,434.73: to allocate 100% to dividend payout;
- to approve the dividend amount at KZT123.01 per ordinary share, according to
the approved dividend amount on 54,421,838 ordinary shares.
