/KASE, June 11, 2019/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company"
(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the resignation of E. Ospanov – member of the
Board of Directors – from the Board of Directors, independent director, of his
own accord.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mortgage organization
"Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" consists of four persons: Zh. Shaimardanov,
A. Mukhamedzhanov, N. Tokobaev, A Elemesov.
