Bonds KZ2C00005866 (TMJLb6), KZ2C00005874 (TMJLb7), KZ2C00005882 (TMJLb8) and KZ2C00005890 (TMJLb9) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, June 10, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 7, 2019, the following bonds of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's main market's category "bonds": - KZ2C00005866 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 15 years, semi-annual coupon 2.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00005874 (KZT1,000, KZT300.0 bn; 15 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined upon results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360); - KZ2C00005882 (KZT1,000, KZT300.0 bn; 15 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined upon results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360); - KZ2C00005890 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 15 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined upon results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360). The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later, as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bond issuances are the first–fourth ones under the second bond program of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on May 8, 2019 to the total amount of KZT680.0 bn.
