/KASE, June 7, 2019/ –Dosjan Temir Joly (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on June 3, 2019 on changes
in the makeup of the company’s Board of Directors:
- N.Yu. Baizhanov, a member of the Board of Directors, was excluded;
- L.S. Musina, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director was
elected.
Given these changes, currently the Management Board of Dosjan Temir Joly comprises
six people: M.Zh. Medeubayev, E.I. Albisenov, S.B. Beisembayev, A.G. Grigoryan,
L.S. Musina, M.A. Shakenov.
