/KASE, June 6, 2019/ – Altyntau Kokshetau (Akmola region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 4, 2019:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2018 with a net income of
USD228,414,000;
- to approve partial distribution of the net income in form of dividends in the
amount of USD86,000,000, to fix the dividend amount per ordinary share at USD215.
