/KASE, June 5, 2019/ - ForteBank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that R.Zh. Omarov,
a member and deputy chairman of the Management Board, was excluded from the
Management Board.
In view of the changes, the Management Board of ForteBank consists of six people:
Guram Andronikashvili, A.B. Auezkanov, A.U. Batyrbekov, G.T. Bisembiyeva, A.M.,
Dykanbayeva and Zh.Zh Mamutov.
