According to the auditor’s report, consolidated financial statements present
fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of National Company
Kazakhstan Temir Zholy and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2018, and
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year then
ended in accordance with IFRS.
