/KASE, June 4, 2019/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on
the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Annual General
Meeting of its shareholders will start on May 8, 2019 at 09:00 am with the
following agenda:
- approval of the company’s annual financial statements for 2018.
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company’s net income for the
reporting year 2018 and the approval of the amount of a dividend per one
ordinary share and per one preferred share of the company;
- on the buyback of preferred shares by the company.
