/KASE, June 4, 2019/ – Life insurance company "Standard Life" (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an EGM of its shareholders will begin on July 3, 2019, at
15:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- on payment of additional dividends ;
- on determining the composition, term of office of the Board of Directors,
appointment of its members and early discontinuation of their powers, as well
as defining the amount and terms of remuneration and compensation of
expenses of members of the Board of Directors for performance of their
duties.
