Joint Stock Company Tengri Bank (hereinafter, the Bank) announces changes in the
makeup of the Bank's Board of Directors.
In accordance with the decision of the Bank's Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of May 30, 2019, the following decisions have been made:
1. to terminate early powers of Timur Orazbekovich Kuanyshev, a member of the
company’s Board of Directors;
2. to elect Sh Loveleen Kumar Malhotra, a representative of Punjab National Bank
(India), a member of the Board of Directors;
3. to elect Olzhas Kairobekovich Kurmanov, a member of the Board of Directors
and an independent director of the Bank.
