/KASE, May 31, 2019/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that
by the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of May 20, 2019, Anthony
Espina was elected a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of the National
Company KazMunayGas consists of nine persons: Walton Cristopher John, A.S.
Aidarbayev, A.M. Satkaliyev, Grewal Baljeet Kaur, U.S. Karabalin, Whyte Stephen
James, Dayer Philip John, Viana Palya Da Silva Loise Maria, Anthony Espina.
