/KASE, May 30, 2019/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose securities are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision
of the General Meeting of Shareholders of May 24, 2019, B.A. Akanov was elected
a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro
consists of four persons: G.B. Moldagaziyev, K.K. Islamov, M.D. Barkinkhoyev,
B.A. Akanov.
