/KASE, May 30, 2019/ – "Fincraft" Investment House (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 28, 2019:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2018 audited by Deloitte;
- to approve the following procedure of distribution of the company's net
income for 2018 in the amount of KZT1,635,279 th.:
- to allocate KZT1,635,279 th. to payout of dividends;
- to retain the remaining funds;
- the dividend amount per ordinary share at KZT50.29;
- the record date is May 31, 2019, 23:59 o'clock;
- the dividend payout start date is June 3, 2019;
- to pay dividends by bank transfer to the shareholder's bank account;
- to take note of the information on absence in 2018 of shareholders' appeals
against actions of the company and its executives;
- to take note of the amount and structure of remuneration payable to
members of the Board of Directors and Management Board for 2018.
