/KASE, May 29, 2019/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the
decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of May 15, 2019 A.K.
Duysembayev was elected a member of the company’s Management Board.
Given these changes, currently, Management Board of Atameken-Agro consists of
five people: K.K. Islamov, K.E. Ziyaev, A.T. Sadzhitova, A.K. Duysembayev and
N.E. Ospanov.
