auditor's report on the company's financial statement for 2018.

to the auditor’s report, which contains indication of important circumstances,
the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial
position of Investment House Fincraft as at December 31, 2018 and its financial
results and cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with IFRS.
