listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
its sole shareholder dated May 20, 2019 to choose Ernst & Young LLP as an audit
firm to conduct the audit of the 2018 financial statements of Kazakhmys Copper.
