/KASE, May 23, 2019/ – Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk
Finance (Almaty, Halyk Finance in the heading), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision of
the Board of Directors of May 21, 2019, R.D. Asilbekov was elected the member of
the Management Board of the company.
Given these changes, currently, Management Board of Subsidiary Organization of
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance consists of three people: E.B. Shaimerden,
F.R. Okhonov and R.D. Asilbekov.
