/KASE, May 22, 2019/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of Board of Directors’
decision of May 21, 2019 on exercising the right of the company to partially
redeem bonds in accordance with parameters set in the minutes of the General
Meeting of Bondholders dated March 13, 2019 related to redemption of 204,972,918
pieces of the company’s bonds with discount by conducting special trading sessions
on KASE.
