/KASE, May 22, 2019/ – Agrarian credit corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of its sole shareholder dated May 15, 2019, the following
persons were appointed to the Board of Directors' composition:
- M. Daribaev – member of the Board of Directors;
- D. Zhumashov – member of the Board of Directors;
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Agrarian credit
corporation consists of five persons: N. Sarybaev, A. Dauletbaeva, S. Zhumagatov,
D. Zhumashov, M. Daribaev.
