/KASE, May 21, 2019/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

Kazakhtelecom bought back shares upon request of minority shareholders having
legal grounds for submitting requests for share repurchase. The repurchase price
was fixed by Kazakhtelecom's Board of Directors in accordance with the methodology
approved by the general meeting of shareholders. Requests of respective
shareholders were completely fulfilled, causing some shareholders to withdraw
their statements of claim. Thus, according to the company, the corporate dispute
with minority shareholders is settled.
