/KASE, May 20, 2019/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 30, 2019 at
10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders;
- approval of the company's 2018 annual financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distributing the company's 2018 net income and
the amount of dividends per ordinary share of the company;
- consideration of the issue of shareholders' complaints over actions of the
company and its executives and results of their consideration;
- report of the company's Board of Directors on its performance in 2018;
- information about the amount and composition of remuneration payable to members
of the company's Board of Directors and executive body in 2018.
