/KASE, May 17, 2019/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 2, 2019, the following
persons were appointed to its Management Board:
- N. Meiyrmanov – chief director of innovations, member of the Management Board;
- T. Khudaiberdiev – chief director of business maintenance and promotion,
general director of "Telecom Komplekt", member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes, the Management Board of "Kazakhtelecom" consists
of eight persons: K. Yesekeev, M. Abdildabekov, R. Abykhanov, A. Lezgovko,
B. Makhabetazhiev, A. Uzbekov, N. Meiyrmanov, T. Khudaiberdiev.
