/KASE, May 15, 2019/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
Viana Palya Da Silva Loise Maria has been elected to the Board of Directors by
the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of April 29, 2019.
Given these changes, currently, Board of Directors of National Company KazMunayGas
consists of eight people: Walton Cristopher John, A.S. Aidarbayev, A.M. Satkaliyev,
Grewal Baljeet Kaur, U.S. Karabalin, Whyte Stephen James, Dayer Philip John,
Viana Palya Da Silva Loise Maria.
