/KASE, May 14, 2019/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE that G.B. Tadzhiyakov, a member of the company’s Board of Directors,
has left the Board at his initiative.
Given these changes, Board of Directors of Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan
Mortgage Company currently consists of five people: Zh.N. Shaimardanov, A.B.
Mukhamedzhanov, E.S. Ospanov, N.T. Tokobayev and A.R. Yelemesov.
