/KASE, May 13, 2019/ – ForteBank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that its
shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting will start on June 13, 2019 at 10:00
am in the city of Nur-Sultan.
The only item on the agenda is setting the amount of remuneration to members of
the bank’s Board of Directors and the number Board of Directors’ members.
