/KASE, May 6, 2019/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on
April 29, 2019.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's 2018 financial statements;
- to distribute the company's net income for 2018 ;
- to pay out dividends on outstanding ordinary shares at 70 % of the net income
for 2018 in the amount of KZT400,008,150.00 based on KZT224.85 per ordinary
share, with the calculation date May 2, 2019.
Overall, decisions on six issues were taken at the general meeting of shareholders.
