/KASE, May 4, 2019/ – Fincraft Resources (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
following a decision of its Board of Directors dated April 30, 2019, K. Rakishev
was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources
consists of four persons: K. Rakishev, E. Idrisov, A. Ermekov, A. Kusainov.
