/KASE, May 3, 2019/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the general meeting of its shareholders dated April 30, 2019, including:
- to approve the company's 2018 audited consolidated financial statements;
- to distribute the company's net income for 2018 as follows:
- to allocate KZT2,181,600,000 to payout of dividends on the company's
ordinary shares;
- to fix the amount of dividends per ordinary share at KZT606.00;
- the dividends payout start date – May 31, 2019.
- to retain the remaining net income in the account of retained earnings
of the company.
