/KASE, April 29, 2019/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 27, 2019 at 11:00 o'clock,
with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders;
- approval of the company's 2018 annual consolidated financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distribution of the company's net income for
2018. Taking a decision on payout of dividends on ordinary and approval of
the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company;
- consideration of complaints of shareholders about actions of the company
and its executives, and results of their consideration;
- informing shareholders on the amount and composition of remuneration payable
to members of the company's Board of Directors and Management Board.
